Policies
Merchandise may be returned for a refund, exchange or repair for the
warranty period with receipt as long as the equipment is still in
"as new" condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs
are not refundable.
Full refund " as new "
"As New" means that all items must be undamaged and in their
original cartons and packaging along with all accessories,
documentation, and parts. No wires or pigtails can be cut. The
product exterior must be intact and unmarked. The original carton
must be in another "shipping" box. No postmarks or labels shall be
on the original box. Cable must be unopened (or still on reel).
Exchange under warranty
For exchange all items be undamaged and in their original cartons
and packaging along with all accessories, documentation, and parts.
No wires or pigtails can be cut. The product exterior must be intact
and unmarked. The original carton must be in another "shipping" box.
No postmarks or labels shall be on the original box. Cable must be
unopened (or still on reel).
Repair and Return under warranty
Product must be packed in acceptable shipping box.. if wires or
pigtails found cut there will be additional charges for repair or
replace. Accessories send with the product must be clearly marked
to be send back. If new accessories needed some charges will apply.
Damage caused while shipping
Vide on Digital Technologies or affiliated companies will not be
liable for what so ever damages caused during shipping from or to the customer . Customer should claim any lost or damaged
merchandise with the shipping company.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained
from Vide on Digital Technologies Ltd. prior to the return of any
merchandise. An RMA number is only valid for 15 days.
